This website is operated by NEG Sports ("NEG Sports", "we", "us"), the company behind NEG-ID. You can reach us at info@negsports.com.
What this notice covers
This notice covers only this website, neg-id.com. It does not cover the NEG-ID platform, which we operate for our clients under separate agreements, or our clients' own websites and apps. Information processed through the platform on a client's behalf is governed by that client's privacy notice and our agreement with them.
What we collect on this website
- No analytics, advertising or tracking. This website uses no analytics tools, advertising pixels or tracking cookies, and loads nothing from third-party servers.
- Technical logs. Like any website, our hosting provider records basic technical information when pages are requested — such as the page, the time, the browser type and the approximate country. We use these logs to keep the site running and secure.
- Messages you send us. If you email us, for example to book a demo, we receive your name, email address and whatever else you choose to include.
How we use it
We use technical logs to operate and protect the website, and messages to reply to you and arrange demos. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Technical logs are kept for up to 180 days. We keep correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain our business relationship, and then delete it.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers that help us run this website and our email (such as our hosting and email providers), under their confidentiality and security obligations — or where the law requires it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you by writing to info@negsports.com. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law, including the right to complain to a data protection authority.

We may update this notice. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
